Crowdfunding is a way to finance your ideas with small financial commitments from people from around the world. Projects on YouCan2 have a fixed goal that must be achieved within a defined period of time. Exceptions here are the BeSocial

Who can start and support a project?
Basically, anyone who is 18 years of age can start and support a project with us. We review each project before publishing. Please remember that all projects must be linked to a verified identity. This means that you must have a valid postal address and a bank account.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, fundamentally each person who wants to start or support a project must register and provide a valid postal address and bank account in Germany.
What about data security and protection?
Your data is absolutely secure with us and will not be forwarded to any third party. We collect data when you register as a user, subscribe to our newsletter or upload material to the website. Read in detail our Data Security Policy
A community member writes me inappropriate messages. How do I report this?
Please send us the information via e-mail to [email protected]. The best way to do this is to send us a screenshot. We try to clarify the situation as soon as possible on your behalf.
I feel discriminated by a project and a community member. How can I report it?
Please write an e-mail to [email protected] and tell us why you feel discriminated. We will do our best to solve the situation as soon as possible on your behalf.
My logo and trademark were stolen. How do I report a copyright infringement?
Write us the project number, which plagiarizes your logo and Trademark together with the documents that prove that you own the copyright. We will deal with a solution immediately.
Is Youcan2 responsible for payments and refunds?
No, only you are responsible for the payments (as a supporter) and for refunds (as a mover). We support you with all your open questions.
Project Mover
When do I get my money?
Once your project is completed successfully within the scheduled time, you will receive your payment within 3 business days minus the fees of 3.5 or 8% depending on the category.
What fees do I have to pay?
To register on YouCan2.de is free of charge for supporters and movers. Whether one project or several - you use the platform without any charges. Depending on the project category, fees will be charged after successful completion of your project. Successful completion means that your project reaches or exceeds the minimum funding target in the given project runtime. Here, with the expiry of the term, the respective payments of the supporter to the movers are triggered and fees of 5% plus VAT are incurred for creative projects and 3% plus VAT for social projects. Business projects with 8% plus VAT on a successfully completed project can be distinguished here. For more information click here.
I can not find any supporters
Hmm, then you should adjust your project presentation. Have you described in detail the goal of your project? Have you defined successful goodies for your supporter? We will be glad to help you choose your pictures and your text. We are happy to write a blog post about you, which we share in our newsletter and on our social media channels. Remember to regularly share your project. The more people see it, the better. Reach out to us!
My project is not accepted
We check your project for our policies first. You will get detailed information about what you need to update so your project can be successfully published. Write us and we will be glad to help you out.
I forgot my password and can not track my project
Sign up and ask for a new password.
I do not know if I should choose a fixed or flexible time window and target amount for my project?
Depending on your goal, a different time window is available. We are happy to advise you in advance. Please send us your idea and we will adjust your project together.
Can I change my funding goal?
Unfortunately, you can not change your funding goal after publishing the project. Therefore consider exactly what amount you have to reach beforehand. We are happy to advise you.
Can you help me with the promotion of my project?
We support you from designing your project to creating a blog post, which we write together with you. We share this article in our newsletter and on our social media channels if you like. Feel free to reach out to us with your ideas.
My project is absolutely not successful. What should I do?
Is your project well described? Have you already shared it and your friends asked to share it? Contact us and we will be pleased to support you.
What do I do if my project has been successful?
Cool! As soon as the funding goal is reached successfully, the respective payments of the supporter to the mover are triggered and you get the total amount minus the fee of 3, 5 or 8% depending on the category.
Can I see who my supporters are?
You can see the e-mail address we are happy to share with you. So you can send a thank you to your supporter. We will not share private data.

Why do I have to register to support a project?
For security reasons and protection against misuse, anyone who uses the platform must register and provide a verified identity. This means that you must have a valid postal address and a bank account.
My payment has been declined
We will check your information about your place of residence and your bank account to accept the payment. Please check your details again and talk to your bank, too. We are happy to help you.
I have changed my mind as a supporter. Will I get my money back?
As long as the project has not reached the end of the term, you can claim your payment. The
How much can I invest at once?
For amounts above 500.00 EUR, you must prove your liquidity. Talk with your bank and contact us if you have any further questions.
What fees do I have to pay?
Registration on YouCan2.de is free of charge for supporters and movers. Whether a project or several - you use the platform without any charges. There are no charges as a supporter.
Is my payment data safe here?
Yes! We pay great importance to the security of your data, which we never pass on to third parties. We collect data when you register as a user, subscribe to our newsletter or upload material to the website. Read in detail our Data Security Policy
How do I add a new credit card to my account?
In your profile, you can change your bank account settings under "Profile".
When will my account be debited?
Your payment, which you want to pay to the mover as a supporter, is only triggered after successful completion of the project. Until then, the amount is simply only reserved.
